Today we focused on what fats are healthy fats. We learned that in general plant fats are healthy and animal fats are unhealthy. One phrase we learned to avoid was "partially hydrogenated!". We want to eat as few saturated fats as we can.

Week 2= Exercise
Hey everyone,
I am still deciding what to do with this blog. This week our focus was on exercise. How did your week go? I am slowly finding my groove with running again, but my focus was on getting my kids outside, even if the weather isn't perfect. You can't wait for perfect weather in Oregon. :-) I would love to hear from you.

Welcome to 8 Weeks to Wellness
